Hi there. My name is Cee MacDonald. I’m a therapist who specialises in supporting people who feel different.

You Don’t Have to Navigate This Alone
Life can be complicated, especially when you feel like you don’t quite fit in. Maybe you’ve always felt different from those around you, or perhaps recent changes have left you questioning your place in the world. You might be dealing with anxiety or depression, struggling with relationships, or feeling stuck as you try to make sense of the past. Perhaps you’re facing a major life transition, or you’re simply trying to figure out how to be yourself in a world that doesn’t always seem to make space for you.
Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to go through it alone.
Who I Work With
I support adults who feel like outsiders—whether that’s because of neurodiversity, personal history, or simply the way they see the world. Some of my clients experience anxiety or depression, while others are working through relationship difficulties, grief, or life transitions. Many are navigating questions about their identity, past experiences, or how to move forward in a way that feels authentic.
You don’t need to have a clear reason for seeking therapy. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your place in the world, this can be a space to explore that.
What Therapy with Me is Like
In our work together, we’ll gently explore your feelings, needs, and personal narratives in a warm, non-judgmental space. There are no worksheets or homework here—just a collaborative process rooted in curiosity and understanding. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, but about helping you feel more at home in yourself.
Whatever you choose to share, we’ll approach it at your pace, with care and compassion.
A Different Way of Seeing Things
I understand what it’s like to feel out of step with the world. My approach is shaped by my own experiences of feeling like an outsider, which means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all way of being. Instead, we’ll work together to find ways of understanding yourself that feel true to you.
Therapy can be a space to untangle confusion, process emotions, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. You just need a space where you can be yourself, without judgment.
